Built for one problem — and owned entirely by you.

Bespoke sensors, firmware and enclosures for the operational problem no off-the-shelf product actually solves. You keep the hardware, the code and the IP.

The problem

Plenty of real problems have no product. Buying the nearest off-the-shelf IoT box means paying for features you will never use. It means a licence that renews for ever, and being tied to one vendor. It also means taking on the security holes of a generic firmware you cannot open or patch.

What we do about it

We design, build and fit custom hardware, purpose-made cases and secure firmware for your exact need. From weather sensors to remote monitors, the device is built around your problem. And it belongs to your company outright. You keep full control, and you wait on nobody else’s roadmap.

How we work

From first site visit to handover.

01 Requirements engineering We define the operational problem, the environment the device must survive, and what actually needs to be sensed.
02 Circuit design and prototyping Microcontrollers and sensor components are selected and bench-tested before anything is committed.
03 Firmware Clean local code with encryption built into the device rather than added at the network edge.
04 Enclosure design Durable, custom-fitted enclosures are modelled and 3D-printed to match the real deployment conditions.
05 Secure integration Devices are commissioned onto your own infrastructure and wired into n8n or your local server.

What you get

No unnecessary features

The hardware and the code solve your problem and nothing else. That is also why they are easier to keep running and harder to break.

No licences, ever

You own the device and the code outright. No monthly fee, and no vendor whose choices become your problem.

Security you can audit

The firmware is clean, local and open to review, and the device talks to your network, not to someone else’s cloud.

In the field

Wireless tank level monitoring

Sensors that sit over a tank and report the level live, with no power line, in a case built for the weather it stands in.

Server-room micro-climate telemetry

Custom sensor boxes that track heat and damp in a server room, and warn the local system before a limit is crossed.

Questions we get asked

Does custom hardware scale to a large deployment?
Yes. Rapid prototyping is used to perfect and field-test the design, and the finished design then transitions to a factory production run for larger quantities.
Who owns the intellectual property?
You do. Unlike a commercial vendor, we deliver a fully owned bespoke solution — the schematics, the firmware and the enclosure design are yours, which is what long-term technical independence actually requires.
What if it needs changing in two years?
Because you own the design and the source, it can be changed — by us or by anyone else you choose. That is the entire argument for building it this way.

Custom nodes are how the farm and the house sense things no catalogue device measures — and they report into the same local automation layer.

Next step

Tell us the problem, not the product.

Send the constraint you are actually stuck on — a floor plan, a network that keeps dropping, a process nobody wants to do by hand. An engineer reads it and replies.
