Questions we get asked

Do we have to replace our ERP or CRM?
No. The orchestration engine interfaces with your existing stack through its native APIs or webhooks. The point is to upgrade what you have, not to trigger a disruptive database migration.
What happens if an external API goes down mid-transaction?
Pipelines are built with error handling and caching. A failed step retries on a backoff, the incident is logged, and the support team is alerted — no record is lost and nothing silently disappears.
Who owns the workflows?
You do, and they run on your infrastructure. There is no per-task pricing and no vendor holding your business logic hostage.
