It does, when IoT is dropped onto the same flat network as the finance server. We isolate every class of device behind its own VLAN on a zero-trust model, so a compromised camera reaches nothing but itself.
“What happens the day the internet goes down?”
Nothing. The logic lives on a local server inside your building. Scenes, schedules, access control and video analytics keep running with the WAN unplugged — the cloud is an option, never a dependency.
“Who maintains this once the installer leaves?”
You can. Every project we hand over is implemented according to best practice design. This ensures that any qualified system expert can easily manage and maintain the setup, perfectly supported by the detailed documentation and training we provide before we leave.

Built in-house

We did not license a smart-home app. We wrote one.

BAIT controls rooms, climate, lighting and automation rules on the local server in your home. Fully bilingual, light and dark, and it is the same app our own engineers use.

It is also the honest answer to “can you actually build software?” — you can look at every screen before you commit to anything.

We engineered the whole stack: the segmented network underneath it, the IP PBX and IVR that route and answer every call, the live dashboards supervisors run the floor from, and the backend integrations that put a caller's history on screen before the agent says hello.
