The company

The benchmark of technology.

TechMark is an engineering firm in Amman. We design and build the infrastructure buildings actually run on — networks, communications, surveillance, automation and the hardware and software that connect them.

What the name means

Tech, and a mark.

Tech — the networks, the models, the joined-up systems. Mark — a lasting print, precision, impact. Together: the benchmark of technology.

A fingerprint is the oldest proof that you are you and not someone else. Every business has one too — the way this firm, and no other, actually runs. That is what we design around, and it is why we do not sell a standard package.

The base is the letter M

In slate, the lower curve draws the letter M — the strength, the hardware, the base we build on. Racks, cabling, cameras, handsets. The part you can touch.

The extension is a tick

The upper stroke finishes the M and sweeps out into a checkmark in cyan — the software, the models, the automation, the vision. And a checkmark says one thing before you read a word: correct.

Why we work the way we do

The biggest problem in this market is not technology.

It is the absence of engineering standards. That is a harder thing to fix than a bad router, and it is the reason we exist.

The Jordanian tech market is full of vendors who fit networking, CCTV and smart systems without doing the groundwork. No survey of what the site can carry. No security audit. No check on whether the design still holds in three years. It is less a lack of skill than an industry that has stopped expecting rigour.

The result is a patchwork that is neither safe nor stable. Clients end up stuck inside it, paying for constant call-outs and carrying running costs nobody quoted them. By the time the problem shows, it is in the walls.

So we do the dull parts first: the site survey, the load study, the security baseline, the documentation. It is slower to sell, and it is the whole difference by year three.

In practice

Ten problems we are usually called in to remove.

01Network instabilityStable, secure, enterprise-grade fabrics that expand vertically and horizontally without a redesign.
02Manual process wasteRepetitive, error-prone tasks replaced with event-driven automation that runs whether or not anyone remembers.
03Passive CCTVCameras upgraded into analytical assets with computer vision — behaviour tracking, perimeter alerts, automatic reporting.
04Siloed systemsERP, CRM, communications and IoT sensors integrated into one workspace through orchestration rather than manual re-entry.
05Legacy telephony costAnalog lines migrated to software-defined IP telephony and contact-centre infrastructure that costs less to run and reports on itself.
06IoT as an attack surfaceZero-trust architecture isolating IoT nodes from the core network, so an exposed device is not an entry point.
07Energy and resource wasteSensor networks driving HVAC, lighting and power from real occupancy and real load instead of a fixed schedule.
08Slow crisis responseHigh-availability monitoring and notification systems that give warning before a critical failure, not after.
09Data nobody can act onVideo, telemetry and sensor logs decoded into structured operational data that supports an actual decision.
10Reactive maintenancePredictive models tracking hardware and network vital signs so intervention happens before the failure, not during it.

The largest thing we have built

Infrastructure that is not allowed to fail.

Our signature project is a contact centre built end to end: the segmented network beneath it, the IP PBX and IVR that route and answer every call, the live dashboards supervisors report from, and the integrations into the backend systems that hold the customer record — engineered to hold at peak load with zero downtime.

It is the clearest proof we can offer that the standards on this page are the ones we actually work to.

What projects cost

Every solution is custom-built. Pricing depends on your infrastructure, business goals, and the level of automation required. After a short discovery call, we will provide a clear proposal with a fixed project price — no hidden costs and no obligation.

Why clients choose us

Because we close the gap between the hardware in the walls and the intelligence on top of it. We do not sell loose boxes or resell someone else's software. We design one system that runs from secure network design and IP telephony through to workflow automation and computer vision.

What that buys you is a system that holds up, a security posture you can defend, and a maintenance bill that stops climbing.

Next step

Tell us the problem, not the product.

Send the constraint you are actually stuck on — a floor plan, a network that keeps dropping, a process nobody wants to do by hand. An engineer reads it and replies.
